Cancellation & Client Policies

  • Deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your appointment after the deposit is made, there will be no return of any portion of the deposit.

  • You acknowledge that all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be done 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of half the service. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of the full service.

  • You consent the salon to take photographs of the provided services.

  • You consent the salon in terms of sharing the photograph to social media for marketing campaigns or testimonials.

  • You understand that doing hair is a form of artistic expression. Therefore, you confirm that the salon and hairstylist will not be responsible or liable if the result of the service is not as expected.

  • You are allowing the salon to apply necessary chemicals as part of the service at your hair appointment.

  • You understand that the result of this chemical may vary from one person to another.

  • You confirm that you will follow the regimen and the suggested follow-ups of the salon in maintaining and treating your hair.

  • You agree that the hairstyle is final after the service. If there are any changes after 1-week from the initial appointment, that is considered a new service and you will be charged for those services.
